At RJ Graphics, we specialize in made-to-order printing and customized branding solutions. Due to the nature of our products and production process, we follow a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including but not limited to:

Customized / personalized printing products
(custom labels, stickers, butter paper, DTF Stickers , branding materials, etc.) -
Non-customized products
2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
All customized products are manufactured specifically based on the artwork, content, quantity, and specifications provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started

Customers are responsible for approving final designs, text, colors, sizes, and quantities before confirmation
RJ Graphics is not responsible for errors approved in the final artwork.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
After verification:

A replacement may be provided at our discretion

No refunds will be issued
Note: This applies only to manufacturing defects or transit damage and does not apply to customized content or design preferences.
4. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once an order is placed:

5. Shipping Charges
All shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable, including cases of replacement due to damage or defect.
